So I took a look at Google Maps for a place I had never been before and that wasn&#8217;t terribly far away. I found <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?f=q&#038;hl=en&#038;q=joe+fowler+memorial+park+ontario&#038;layer=&#038;sll=44.103119,-78.945007&#038;sspn=0.043514,0.088406&#038;ie=UTF8&#038;om=1&#038;z=14&#038;ll=44.100037,-78.940287&#038;spn=0.043516,0.088406\">Scugog<\/a><\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mikekirk.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/04\/scugog_sign.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mikekirk.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/04\/scugog_sign.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Scugog Park\" \/> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mikekirk.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/04\/scugog_bike.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mikekirk.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/04\/scugog_bike.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Scugog Bike\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Although the temperature was OK in Toronto&#8230; by the time I made it to Scugog (about 80km NE of Toronto) it was quite a bit cooler&#8230; to the point where the odd snowflake was falling and I needed to stop in a coffee shop to warm my hands before the return trip.<\/p>\n<p>I wish it would warm up. We had an unusually warm winter&#8230; but now are paying for it with an unusually cold spring.
